- Peculiar 4/5 length zip opening probably to allow you to tuck it in easier.  They could have easily cut the standard 20 inch zipper into a shorter length for that typical quarter zip / half zip openings but they kept it whole to avoid any material waste. Pragmatic and sustainable thinking design.

Tagged small fits bigger works well for a medium. Relaxed in the body but short fit.
